2. Products and Intended Use

EssenzaVital provides nutritional supplements designed to support wellness and beauty. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any dietary supplement.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

All prices include applicable VAT in accordance with EU regulations. Payments must be made at checkout using one of the secure payment options provided.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

You have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving your order, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right, please email support@essenzavital.com before the deadline. Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Exceptions: Opened or used products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU) are excluded from withdrawal.

5. EssenzaVital 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we proudly offer our customers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If, after consistent daily use, you are not satisfied with the results, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
• Daily consumption must have taken place as directed daily and as recommended (25 ml/day) for at least 20 days..
• The empty bottle must be returned to us.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout the EU. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your country, Spain Mainland 2 working days, but typically range from 2–5 business days, to EU islands and UK from 5-12 days.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for unopened, sealed items in their original packaging. For refund eligibility, you must notify us before returning the item and provide your order number.

Returns not in compliance with these conditions may be refused.
